Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
- 10+ years track record of building software or digital solutions.
- Aerospace industry experience or equivalent safety-critical environment.
- Strong appreciation for human-centered design and customer experiences.
- Experience communicating with senior leadership and shaping changes.
Responsibilities
- Understand user needs through research and workshops to identify opportunities.
- Develop strategies and prototypes to measure impact of new experiences.
- Collaborate with executives, design, and supply chain teams in an iterative process.
- Establish and improve processes for supply chain needs, maintaining speed and agility.
- Scout innovative technologies and develop tool roadmaps for leadership.
