Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking an Air Dominance and Strike Aerodynamics Engineer to own the full development lifecycle for Group 5 air vehicles and missile platforms, from conceptual design to flight test planning. You will perform aerodynamic design, analysis using CFD and hand calculations, wind tunnel and flight test data coordination, and develop internal tools in MATLAB/Python.

Qualifikationen

• BS or higher degree in Aerospace Engineering.
• 3+ years as an individual contributing engineer.
• Experience with aircraft performance and analysis predictions.
• Knowledge of aerodynamic analysis techniques including CFD, panel methods, and lattice methods.
• Wind tunnel and flight test data handling and analysis.
• Experience using MATLAB/Python in a version-controlled environment.

Aufgaben

• Aerodynamic design of unmanned air vehicles/missiles at conceptual, preliminary, and detail design maturities.
• Aerodynamic analysis of unmanned air vehicles using both low and high order methods; tool development as needed.
• Stability and control analysis.

• Wind tunnel test planning, execution, and analysis.
