Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of aircraft assembly or aviation experience required.
• Hands-on experience with fuselage assembly preferred.
• Candidates must be eligible for Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate materials and fasteners for aircraft safety.
• Perform failure analysis for engineering and production activities.
• Prepare test plans and reports for design and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate to revise and maintain engineering specifications.
• Participate in Corrective Action Board meetings to drive improvements.
