Job summary

PROENERGY in Houston seeks an Aero Depot Supervisor to lead tactical and strategic operations for the Aero Overhaul Depot. You will plan, direct, and revise processes to meet annual projections and coordinate with the Depot Manager on long-term goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of directly related work experience in the energy industry.
• Strong decision making and leadership skills.
• Must be fluent in English, with strong speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently improving existing operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the Aero Depot strategy and mission.
• Supporting enhanced communications at all levels, embracing transparent management and business processes, and practicing agile tactical and strategic planning.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Aero Depot through best practices and coordination between support and business functions.
• Capable of guiding, training, and mentorship of technicians.
• Assuming a co-leadership role with the Aero Depot Manager in long-term planning.
• Developing long-range forecasts and maintaining long-range production plans aligned to those forecasts.
• Attending regular scheduled and impromptu meetings with Aero Depot Manager regarding all operational and fiscal matters.
• Contributing to the short and long-term organizational planning and strategy.
