Job summary

GE Vernova in Houston offers an internship program working with cross-functional teams to position Aeroderivative gas turbine packages for data centers, utilities and municipalities. The internship uses Lean methodology to streamline content and collateral for the global sales team.

During the internship, you will learn turbine performance details, translate technical content into sales-friendly material, and gain experience with content repositories and product knowledge for all offerings.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled university or college student pursuing an engineering, science, business, or related degree
• Previous work experience demonstrating work ethic and professionalism
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship now and in the future

Responsibilities

• Work with product champions and sales teams to understand collateral needs for early customer engagements
• Learn technical details of gas turbine performance and how it adds value to power generation products
• Collaborate with technical and marketing content contributors to convert content into sales-friendly format
• Learn sales content management systems and knowledge repositories to help commercial teams access content
• Learn the full slate of Aeroderivative gas turbine offerings and ensure content is available for all product lines
• Participate in business commercial processes in solution selling Aeroderivative technology
