Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a qualified professional to maintain and improve the Aero & Combustion Component Test facilities, lead improvement projects, and collaborate with multiple disciplines to meet test objectives. You will oversee instrumentation, facility integration, and process optimization while ensuring safety, quality, and throughput targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent with experience), plus aerospace experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma with at least 4 years of experience in design engineering or Associate's degree in applicable field and 2 years of experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and assistance to work group to meet assigned objectives.
• Work within defined parameters to make decisions and resolve issues.
• Make technical decisions by application of specialized knowledge/skill.
• Interface with customer organizations to assure requirements are met.
• Communicate status and problems to project leaders and management.
• Identify, lead, and implement cost-effective improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, reliability, and throughput.
