Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador in Tulsa, OK. You will help move product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, and merchandising, while upholding AE brand standards and procedures.

You’ll support teammates and guests and prioritize safety and organization on both Stockroom and Salesfloor. You should bring attention to detail, strong time management, and previous stock-related experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock-related roles is preferred.
• Must be detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments and replenish stock from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor.
• Maintain organization of the Stockroom, merchandising areas, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform leadership, and act to correct them.
• Support teammates and guests on the Salesfloor as needed.
• Follow safety, Asset Protection standards and company policies.

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

• You're a go‑getter when it comes to keeping product moving, and you do so through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base; you keep it running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• You're innovative: when you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: you are always prepared to step in and help fellow team members complete non‑stock‑related tasks or assist guests.
• Integrity is your middle name: Safety standards are a priority, both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

Pay/Benefits Information

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
