Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador to move product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.

You will keep the Stockroom organized, support the team and assist guests when needed, while upholding AEO brand standards and safety protocols. You should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work early mornings, evenings and weekends with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Move product from Stockroom to Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Manage Stockroom to keep it organized and efficient, including merchandise, props, marketing and fixtures.
• Inform store leadership of merchandising opportunities and implement action plans.
• Support teammates and guests with non-stock related tasks as needed.
• Follow safety standards and Asset Protection policies at all times.

YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You're passionate about AEO Brand Standards, have an eye for merchandising, and bring keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You're a go‑getter when it comes to keeping product moving and do so through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• The Stockroom is your home base and you own it! You're a master at keeping the Stockroom running efficiently and productively by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• When you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, make a game plan, and take action to correct it.
• You always step in to help fellow team members complete non‑stock‑related tasks or assist guests.
• Safety standards are a priority to you, both in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion.
