Job Description

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you will keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You should have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. You will support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed, representing AEO values and bringing your authentic self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards by effectively processing shipments, replenishing stock, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Manage the Stockroom efficiently, ensuring organization of merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take action to improve visual presentation.
• Assist team members with non-stock tasks and guest assistance, fostering teamwork.
• Follow safety standards and Asset Protection policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Ideal Candidate

• Organized with excellent attention to detail, time management, and priority-setting skills.
