Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Hershey, PA seeks a part-time stock brand ambassador who moves product from Stockroom to Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.

You bring a passion for AE Brand Standards and a sharp eye for detail. This role supports the team on the Salesfloor as needed, maintains Stockroom organization, and prioritizes safety while following Asset Protection policies.

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time stock brand ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary base, you are able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep product moving efficiently and timely through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain the Stockroom: ensure merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a plan, and take action to correct them.
• Support teammates by completing non stock‑related tasks or assisting guests when needed.
