Your Role

You are responsible for keeping products moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You should have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your primary area, you should also support the team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Representing AEO values and bringing your authentic self to work daily are essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure product movement through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain an organized and efficient Stockroom, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take corrective actions.
• Assist team members with non-stock tasks and support guest interactions.
• Adhere to safety standards and Asset Protection policies in both Stockroom and Salesfloor.
