Job Overview

Your Role
As a part-time Stock Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring products are available on the sales floor by managing shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You will maintain the organization of the Stockroom, support team and guest needs, and uphold AEO Brand Standards. Your enthusiasm for the brand and attention to detail are key to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising to keep products moving efficiently.
  • Maintain the organization and efficiency of the Stockroom, including merchandise, visual props, and fixtures.
  • Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with store leadership to implement solutions.
  • Assist team members with various tasks and support guest interactions as needed.
  • Follow safety standards and adhere to Asset Protection policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Passion for AE and Aerie products.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Previous experience in stock-related roles is preferred.
