YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your primary area, you're flexible to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain a passion for brand standards by ensuring product movement through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. Manage the Stockroom efficiently, keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures organized.
3. Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, and take proactive actions to improve visual presentation.
4. Support team efforts by assisting with non-stock tasks and guest interactions.
5. Prioritize safety and follow Asset Protection standards, policies, and procedures.
