YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your main area, you're flexible to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you embody AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day!

Job Responsibilities

• Brand Standards Enthusiast: Keep products moving efficiently through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Stockroom Management: Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures are well kept.
• Innovation: Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate with store leadership, and take initiative to improve displays and stock organization.
• Teamwork: Assist colleagues with non-stock tasks and support guest needs.
• Safety and Asset Protection: Follow safety standards and store policies to ensure a secure environment.
