YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and have a passion for driving sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through exceptional in-store experiences, and support Store Leadership in achieving KPI results.
  • Lead people: Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, serve as a role model, and uphold service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
  • Talent development: Recruit, hire, and train strong talent, ensuring the store is well-staffed and associates are continuously developing to provide outstanding service.
  • Teamwork: Set clear, attainable goals, provide ongoing feedback through coaching, and celebrate successes to motivate engagement.
  • Visual & operational innovation: Execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards, ensuring the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with Brand Standards.
  • Integrity: Maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow company policies, and always do the right thing.
