YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring an excellent guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and have a passion for driving sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through exceptional in-store experiences, and support Store Leadership in achieving KPI targets.
• Lead people: Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values. Serve as a role model and hold associates accountable to service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Talent development: Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to meet business needs. Develop associates to provide outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork: Set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide ongoing performance feedback, and celebrate successes to boost engagement.
• Visual & operational innovation: Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards. Ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection policies, follow AEO's policies and procedures, and do the right thing always.
