YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring an excellent guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive sales with passion: As a key LOD, maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through outstanding in-store experiences, and support Store Leadership in achieving KPI results.
  • Lead people: Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, serve as a role model, and hold associates accountable to service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
  • Talent development: Recruit and hire strong talent, train and develop associates to provide excellent service, and uphold a Guest First culture.
  • Promote teamwork: Set clear, attainable goals, provide ongoing feedback, motivate, and celebrate performance to foster engagement.
  • Innovate operational procedures: Execute and improve visual and operational standards, including shipment processing, merchandising, and maintaining guest-ready Fitting Rooms that meet AEO Brand Standards.
  • Maintain integrity: Ensure store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow policies and procedures, and always do the right thing.
