YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by managing strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You oversee daily store operations as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and have a passion for driving sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through an exceptional in-store experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to achieve KPI results.
  • Lead people: Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values. Be a role model and hold associates accountable to uphold AEO's service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
  • Talent and training: Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure proper staffing. Train and develop associates to deliver outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
  • Teamwork: Set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide ongoing feedback, and motivate engagement by celebrating achievements.
  • Visual & operational innovation: Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards. Ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and meet AEO Brand Standards.
  • Maintain integrity: Uphold store safety, Asset Protection standards, adhere to AEO policies, and always do the right thing.
