YOUR ROLE
As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by managing strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You oversee daily store operations as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and have a passion for achieving sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through excellent in-store experiences, and support Store Leadership in meeting KPI targets.
- Lead people: Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, serve as a role model, and hold associates accountable to our service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
- Talent development: Recruit, hire, and train strong talent, ensuring the store is well-staffed and associates continue to develop their skills to deliver outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
- Teamwork and coaching: Set clear goals, provide ongoing performance feedback, motivate, and celebrate achievements to foster engagement and a positive team environment.
- Visual & operational innovation: Execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards, ensuring the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with Brand Standards.
- Integrity and safety: Maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection policies, follow company procedures, and uphold ethical standards at all times.
