YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring an excellent guest experience. You oversee daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Driving sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through an exceptional in-store experience. You support Store Leadership in achieving KPI results.
2. People leadership: You motivate and inspire your team through AEO's core values, serve as a role model, and hold associates accountable to service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
3. Talent development: You prioritize recruiting and hiring strong talent, and focus on training and developing associates to uphold outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
4. Teamwork and coaching: You set clear, achievable goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide ongoing performance feedback, and celebrate successes to motivate and engage your team.
5. Visual & operational innovation: You execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards, ensuring the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with Brand Standards.
6. Integrity: You maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow AEO policies, and always do the right thing.
