YOUR ROLE As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring an excellent guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed. You train, motivate, and celebrate associates, with a passion for achieving sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Driving sales: As a key LOD, you excel at boosting sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and fostering guest loyalty through exceptional in-store experiences. You assist Store Leadership in capitalizing on business opportunities to meet KPI targets.
  2. People leadership: You motivate and inspire the team according to AEO's core values. You serve as a role model and hold associates accountable to uphold AEO's service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
  3. Talent development: You prioritize recruiting and hiring strong talent to ensure adequate staffing. You are committed to training and developing associates to deliver outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
  4. Teamwork: You set clear, achievable goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide ongoing feedback through coaching, and foster engagement by celebrating successes.
  5. Visual & operational innovation: You execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards. You ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and meet AEO Brand Standards.
  6. Integrity: You maintain store safety standards, uphold Asset Protection policies, adhere to company policies, and do the right thing always.
