YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy for the store. Through your leadership, your team always nails floorset execution, and rocks merchandising and marketing brand standards. You ensure the store is always "guest ready" through effective replenishment. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Driving sales: As a key Leader on Duty (LOD), you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, and analyze reporting and trends to make strategic decisions. You help develop business plans to meet KPIs.
• Merchandising innovation: You coach your team to uphold AEO Brand Standards, manage merchandising and replenishment, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• People leadership: You motivate, inspire, and hold your team accountable to customer service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Talent development: You recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure excellent service and store performance.
• Teamwork and engagement: You provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance reviews, and celebrate team successes.
• Operational excellence: You support daily operations, maintain visual standards, and ensure the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready.
• Integrity: You uphold safety, Asset Protection, and company policies, doing the right thing always.
