Role Overview

As a full-time Merchandising Team Leader, you serve as the Store Team Leader's key support in developing and executing the store's Merchandising strategy. Your passion is in training and coaching your team to meet AEO brand Visual standards daily. You ensure excellent floorset execution, merchandising, and marketing standards, and maintain a guest-ready store through effective replenishment. Key Responsibilities
  1. Driving Sales: Maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, analyze reports, and contribute to business planning.
  2. Merchandising Innovation: Lead day-to-day merchandising, identify opportunities, and ensure store standards reflect AEO brand standards.
  3. Leading People: Motivate, inspire, and hold your team accountable to customer service standards and sales goals.
  4. Talent Development: Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure outstanding service and store performance.
  5. Teamwork and Engagement: Provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance reviews, and celebrate team successes.
  6. Operational Excellence: Execute daily operations, maintain visual standards, and ensure the store is guest-ready.
