Responsibilities include engaging with guests using the AEO Selling Model, educating about products, promoting the loyalty program, flexibly working across store zones, solving guest concerns proactively, and being a team player with integrity.

You should love interacting with people, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, be available during peak shopping times (evenings, weekends, holidays), and have a passion for AE & Aerie products. Retail experience and being at least 16 years old are preferred.
