YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and take pride in representing it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with each guest. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with guests! Use the AEO Selling Model to connect with every guest, helping them find exactly what they need with a friendly, 'friends first' approach. (Training on the model will be provided!)
• Educate about products! Share your enthusiasm for AE & Aerie products by informing guests about product details and suggesting items that meet their needs.
• Promote the brand! Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to enhance their shopping experience.
• Flex your skills! Be versatile across different areas like the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Solve problems proactively! Prioritize guest satisfaction by resolving concerns efficiently while adhering to company policies.
• Work as a team! Support your colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Maintain integrity! Always do the right thing and follow AEO policies and procedures.
