Job Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find what they need with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flexibly move between different store zones such as Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Support team efforts to achieve store goals.
• Maintain integrity and follow all company policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate

• Enjoy interacting with people!
• Energetic and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work during peak shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Loves AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• At least 16 years old.
