We are looking for a passionate and energetic Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life every day! Your main goal is to provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer, making their day better than before they entered the store. As the face of our company, you should love our products, be proud of representing our brand, and bring your authentic self to work daily.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with customers using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate customers about AE & Aerie products and make personalized product suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to customers.
• Flexibly move between different store zones such as Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Support team efforts and contribute positively to the store environment.
• Maintain integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate

• Enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent customer service.
• Energetic, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• At least 16 years old.
