Your Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a 'friends first' mindset. (Training provided!)
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and make suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Support your team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Adhere to AEO's policies and maintain integrity in all actions.
