Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find their perfect products with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest items that suit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between different store zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively and uphold company policies.
• Support your team and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Maintain integrity by adhering to all policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• Energetic and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Available during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• At least 16 years old.
