• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across different store zones like Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively solve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Support team efforts to achieve store goals.
• Uphold integrity by following all policies and procedures.
