Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years semi-skilled work in electrical or mechanical field.
• CPR/AED and first aid certs (or ability to obtain).
• Rope access or fall protection cert (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to read tramway blueprints, manuals, and warranty requirements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to tramway mechanical and electrical systems according to manufacturers' specs.
• Maintain a signed log documenting work performed and components serviced.
• Assist in expediting materials needed for maintenance and repairs.
• Follow safety procedures, use safety equipment, and apply lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Participate in industry training for emergency procedures and rescue operations.
• May work on special facility projects as needed and support tram operations during staffing shortages.
