Fugal Niels Sons Company is seeking an OSP Aerial Project Manager to keep projects moving smoothly, safely, and on schedule, on field sites in Boise. You will lead planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication while reviewing engineering drawings and managing pole attachment processes.

Key qualifications include 3–5 years of OSP aerial experience, regional telecom knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of hands-on experience in OSP aerial engineering/construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience submitting pole attachment applications and navigating permits.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for data and presentations.
• Ability to work in the United States with pre-employment checks completed.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Lead progress meetings and provide status updates to executives, clients, and teams.
• Monitor quality and ensure deliverables meet standards and client expectations.
• Review engineering drawings for quality and constructability.
• Submit and track pole attachment applications through the lifecycle.
• Foster collaboration between engineering and construction teams.
• Create desktop takeoffs and process purchase orders for field teams.
• Support weekly executive review decks showcasing wins and progress.
