Job summary

Allskills Recruiting is seeking an experienced Lineman Foreman with a Class A CDL to oversee aerial and underground fiber and coax installations. The role covers the East Central PA region up to parts of New York, with travel of 2–3 hours from your assigned market.

A strong safety mindset and the ability to lead line crews are essential. Responsibilities include installing/relocating cables and supporting crews across all construction phases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years running aerial and underground fiber and coax cables.
• Class A CDL with a clean driving record is required.
• Willing to travel 2–3 hours from assigned market.
• Must be able to climb pole to cable height with pole climber gaffs.
• Physically capable of heavy manual labor and lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Fluent English and willing to join the Union.

Responsibilities

• Installs and/or relocates aerial and underground cable including fiber optic, transportation, distribution and drop cable, meeting industry standards.
• Provides support for line crews during all phases of construction activity.
