Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an experienced Aerial Lineman Foreman with a CDL-A license to oversee fiber construction projects across Pennsylvania and New York. The role involves leading crews, coordinating aerial work, and ensuring safety and quality on-site.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining aerial fiber, supporting strand and lash operations, and traveling between PA and NY job sites. Strong leadership and outdoor work tolerance are essential.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• 3-5 years of Lineman/Foreman experience.
• Aerial telecom or fiber construction experience.
• Experience leading field crews.
• Pole climbing experience.
• Ability to travel between project locations.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate aerial construction crews.
• Install, relocate, and maintain aerial fiber optic cable.
• Support strand, lashing, make-ready, and service drop activities.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Assist with aerial and underground telecom construction activities.
• Perform pole climbing using gaffs when required.
• Support daily construction operations and crew productivity.
• Travel between job sites in PA and NY.
• Maintain OSHA and company safety compliance.
