Job summary

PUSH, Inc. in Rice Lake, WI is hiring an Aerial Lineman (Local Work) to build and maintain aerial and underground telecom facilities. The role focuses on planning, coordinating with customers and officials, and complying with safety standards.

100% field work with travel to outage sites as needed. Requirements include at least two years as an Aerial Groundman, a valid driver’s license (Class A CDL preferred), and ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience as an Aerial Groundman.
• Thorough understanding of aerial utility installation and safety practices.
• Valid Driver’s License; Class A CDL preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and learn safety procedures.
• Willingness to travel for outages and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and initiate projects for aerial and underground services.
• Interact with customers, utility owners, and officials.
• Ensure OSHA and customer safety requirements are met.
• Assist in constructing new aerial/underground services and upgrades.
• Mentor Aerial Groundman and operate equipment safely.
• Tree trimming or route clearing; use of specialized hand tools.
• Operate heavy equipment such as Digger and Bucket Truck.
