Job summary

PUSH, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an Aerial Lineman to build and maintain aerial and underground telecom facilities, working 100% in the field and outdoors. You will interact with customers and officials while ensuring safety and quality in every task.

Requirements include at least two years of experience as an Aerial Groundman, CDL preferred, and a strong understanding of aerial line work and safety practices. The role involves heavy equipment operation and mentoring junior crew members.

Qualifications

• Experience working in aerial line work and related safety practices.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, plans and safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and initiate aerial/underground construction projects.
• Interact with customers, utility owners and officials.
• Adhere to OSHA and customer safety requirements.
• Assist in constructing new aerial/underground services and upgrades.
• Mentor Aerial Groundman personnel.
• Support tree trimming/route clearing and use of specialized tools.
• Operate heavy equipment like diggers and bucket trucks.
