Job summary

MasTec Communications Group is seeking an Aerial Lineman to support overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber services. You will climb poles or operate a bucket truck, read schematics, and troubleshoot field issues in a safety-focused environment.

We value long-term commitment and hands-on problem-solving, with CDL preferred and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card. Competitive hourly pay and robust benefits are offered to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be safety minded in daily tasks.
• Experience as an aerial lineman with knowledge of equipment used in aerial work.
• Capable of climbing poles and operating in bucket trucks.

Responsibilities

• Climb poles or use a bucket truck for installation, relocation and maintenance of aerial plants.
• Read and understand schematics and construction prints.
• Troubleshoot field issues as they arise.
