Job summary

MasTec Communications Group is seeking an Aerial Lineman to support overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber services. You’ll climb poles or use a bucket truck to install, relocate, and maintain aerial plants while reading schematics and troubleshooting field issues.

We value safety-minded professionals with a hands-on approach, team orientation, and a track record of delivering high-quality work on long-term projects. CDL preferred; DOT medical card required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be safety-conscious on every job site.
• Track record of delivering high-quality work in aerial construction.
• Hands-on problem solving in field conditions.
• Team-oriented with long-term project mindset.
• Comfort with climbing poles and working from a bucket truck.
• Experience as an aerial lineman with knowledge of equipment for aerial work.
• Valid driver's license; ability to obtain a DOT medical card; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Climb poles or use a bucket truck to install, relocate, and maintain aerial plants.
• Read and understand schematics and construction prints.
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field.
