• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Previous experience operating hand tools and utility trucks is a plus.

What You’ll Do As a Laborer

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment
• Install aerial telecommunications cabling
• Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas
• Communicate clearly with team members
• Complete daily reports
• Assist with site restoration
• Work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• Be 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Previous experience operating hand tools and utility trucks preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Work alone in remote/confined spaces, operate machinery, lift over 55 pounds, and perform physical tasks
• Occasionally use ladders, keyboards, and mice

Starting range: $18/hour based on experience.
