Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Construction Lineman to perform field work across Dallas/Forest Hill, TX. This role involves installing strand infrastructure, lash fiber cables, and operating bucket trucks under supervision.

The position requires physical stamina, the ability to work nights and weekends, and a valid driver's license. Prior construction experience and OSHA familiarization are preferred; DOT and MVR screenings may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Combination of technical training and/or experience.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Must be able to meet physical requirement of the position.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, if necessary.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass drug, background, DOT & MVR screenings.

Responsabilités

• Operating bucket truck and equipment related to aerial fiber construction.
• Set up job sites (strand trailer, fiber trailer and caddies).
• Maintain required clearances from utilities, ground, road and sidewalks.
• Frame poles per industry specifications and lash fiber cables.
• Read and interpret network prints and safely climb poles.
