**Responsibilities:**
- Perform general labor duties related to telecommunications construction such as loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal, and placement of materials and equipment.
- Install and repair aerial telecommunications cable.
- Safely use hand tools and equipment like wrenches, drills, ladders, lanyards, saws, lashers, climbing hooks.
- Operate mechanized equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, excavators.
- Set up safety perimeters using signage, cones, barriers.
- Flag traffic when required.
- Work aloft using climbing hooks and ladders.
**Requirements:**
- Be 18 years or older.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license.
- Previous construction experience, preferably in telecommunications.
- Ability to climb poles and work in bucket trucks up to 40 feet.
- Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
**Work conditions:**
- Extended periods of standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
- Working in extreme weather conditions.
