Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC seeks an Aerial Applicator to operate Diversified Applications, Inc. (DAI) aircraft for precision crop treatments. The role prioritizes safety, site survey, weather assessment and strict adherence to FAA rules and company policies.

The candidate must hold an FAA commercial pilot certificate, a current class II medical, PIC qualifications, 200 AG hours and state/federal pesticide applicator certification. Travel up to 50% and strong teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold FAA commercial pilot certificate with appropriate ratings.
• Must have a current class II medical certificate.
• Qualified to serve as PIC in at least one aircraft.
• Must have at least 200 hours of AG time.
• Must be certified as a commercial pesticide applicator.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flights comply with FAA regulations and company policies.
• Survey and assess each site before dispensing; monitor terrain and hazards.
• Assess weather prior to each flight and ensure safe dispensing conditions.
• Handle and supervise loading to prevent spills and damage; follow label instructions.
• Brief ground handlers and pilots; communicate irregularities to supervision.
• Maintain accurate flight and dispensing records and ensure timely paperwork.
