Job summary

TIGRIS Aquatic Services LLC is seeking a Field Technician - Aeration to oversee the daily operation of the aeration shop, diagnose and repair units, and coordinate with inside sales for quotes. The role also includes fountain maintenance, field service support, and keeping asset records updated in TIGRIS software.

Ideal candidates will have outdoor work passion, a high school diploma, knowledge of electric motors, and a clean driving record, with the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong work ethic with a passion for working outdoors.
• Working knowledge of electric motors.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and carry on uneven terrain.
• Comfortable working around waterbodies in variable weather conditions.
• Must have an excellent driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screening (Drug-Free Workplace).

Responsibilities

• Attend training hosted by the various fountain & aeration manufacturers.
• Install and maintain fountains and aeration systems.
• Perform field diagnosis and repair of fountains.
• Conduct maintenance of fountains in accordance with their winterization contracts.
• Operate boats and service vans in various outdoor environments.
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of repair work/service performed.
