Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a senior leader to drive customer experience transformation leveraging Adobe Experience Platform across clients in the US. You will shape strategy, lead engagements, and foster executive relationships to deliver measurable business impact.

You will oversee discovery workshops, architecture design, and end-to-end implementation; mentor teams; and collaborate with alliance partners to stay ahead of regulatory and privacy considerations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital marketing, CX, martech, or data platforms.
• 5+ years with Adobe Experience Cloud; 2+ years with Adobe Experience Platform.
• Experience leading consulting engagements and executive-level relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead client advisory roles in CX transformation initiatives focusing on Adobe platforms.
• Assist in driving sales and go-to-market strategy for Adobe-led engagements with IBM industry teams and partners.
• Lead discovery workshops, architecture assessments, and solution design for clients’ marketing and data needs.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of Adobe Experience Platform and integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• Mentor and guide project teams across strategy, design, architecture, and development workstreams.
• Support clients with data strategy, segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization using Adobe tools.
