Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a senior leader to drive customer experience transformation programs centered on Adobe Experience Platform. The role focuses on architecture, solution design, and end-to-end platform implementations across marketing and data domains.

You will guide sales, shape go-to-market strategy, and mentor teams while staying current on Adobe innovations, data governance, and privacy considerations. This position can be performed from anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital marketing, customer experience, martech or data platforms.
• 5+ years with Adobe Experience Cloud, including 2+ years with Adobe Experience Platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead client advisory in CX transformation initiatives focused on Adobe Experience Platform.
• Drive go-to-market strategy for Adobe-led engagements with IBM industry teams and partners.
• Lead discovery workshops, architecture assessments, and solution design for marketing and data needs.
• Oversee end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform implementation and integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
