AmeriPro Health LLC is hiring experienced Advanced EMTs to provide high‑quality ALS care under approved protocols. Join a team focused on saving lives with modern technology, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and clear career pathways.

Responsibilities include BLS with limited ALS care, IV access, airway management, and supporting Paramedics. Expect shift options including 24‑hour or two 12‑hour days weekly, with a comprehensive benefits package and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have EMT/paramedic certifications and licensure per state requirements.
• Experience delivering BLS and limited ALS care under protocol.
• Proficient with patient assessment, documentation, and teamwork.

• Establish and maintain IV access and administer approved medications.
• Perform advanced airway management, including supraglottic airways.
• Assist Paramedics with ALS interventions when applicable.

• Accurately complete patient care documentation.
• Maintain readiness of ambulance, equipment, and medications.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
• Frequently is required to stand and walk
• Occasionally required to sit, climb, stand, or balance
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 180 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 300 pounds with assistance from others
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Qualifications

• Previous EMT work experience
• Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) and/or International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) training
• Technology proficiency

Certification & Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
• Current State Paramedic licensure in good standing
• Current National Registry NREMT certification (if required by state)
• Current CPR: BLS, ACLS, PCC/PALS certifications
• Valid State driver's license
• FEMA IS Certifications (IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800)
• Current Ventilator certification with required renewal every three years
• Successful completion of written and practial exam
• Strong people skills and proven ability to collaborate in a team
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to comprehend and execute instructions in English
