Qualifications

• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and potentially Python.
• Experience with AEM modules, CRX2 and OAK repositories, and various AEM versions.
• Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to AEM.
• Monitoring system health, performance, and availability.
• Providing technical support to users and offering training on AEM features.
• Working closely with developers for feature implementation and bug fixing.
• Supporting integrations between AEM and other Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Managing incidents through ITSM tools and following established processes.
• Keeping up to date with the latest AEM versions and best practices.
• Managing user permissions and access controls within AEM.
