Job summary

Accenture in California seeks a senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) lead to deliver large-scale web content management and digital experience projects. You will bridge business strategy and technical execution across multi-stakeholder programs.

Responsibilities include analysis, design guidance, governance, and integrating Adobe Marketing Cloud tools while mentoring teams and shaping content workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Adobe full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tactical deployment or re-launch of WCM applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze content management activities and guide the subsequent design, implementation, or improvement of existing AEM applications.
• Offer functional recommendations during AEM solution design and execution to ensure business intent is understood by the project team.
• Bridge between business teams and technical resources during development and implementation to ensure requirements and dependencies are well understood.
• Provide insights and recommendations around AEM best practices to drive digital strategy, platform governance, and onboarding of new sites.
• Maintain understanding of overall app architecture including Author, Publisher, Dispatcher, Load Balancing, CDN and security layers.
• Outline pros/cons of AEM solutions and drive forward-thinking approaches to short-term and long-term business use cases.
• Provide oversight across Adobe Assets and Analytics setup, taxonomy, and configurations.
• Drive the framework for Adobe tools to interface and integrate with third-party apps.
• Identify feasibility of requirements and surface gaps and issues.
• Serve as SME for integration points, workflows, content authoring, governance, and docs.
• Lead content governance procedures, business requirements, functional designs, and workflows for publishing web content.
• Assist with business process redesign, roadmap planning, and cross-channel touchpoints.
• Bring together Adobe Marketing Cloud apps to deliver cohesive, connected solutions.
• Mentor and coach team members and maintain open dialogue with clients.
