Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking an experienced AEM Developer to transform digital properties into modern customer experiences. You will design, build, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager solutions powering web platforms and scale across multi-site environments.

You will collaborate with architects, UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver scalable, secure applications, including cloud deployments and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AEM development, including components, templates, workflows, and DAM.
• Proficiency with Java, Sling, and OSGi in AEM contexts.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and DAM.
• Build and support AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) implementations, including authoring, publishing, and dispatcher configurations.
• Develop and maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) repository, including metadata schemas, folder structures, and asset governance.
• Configure and maintain Blueprints, Live Copies, and Rollout Configurations for multi-site consistency.
• Develop backend services and integrations using Java, Sling, and OSGi, including REST/API integrations with third-party systems.
• Write clean, scalable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, business analysts, and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, using JIRA and Confluence.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation and specifications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues with a focus on stability and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot indexing failures, data synchronization issues, and search relevance problems across environments.
• Collaborate with architects to evaluate and evolve search architecture as content volume grows.

• Experience with Elasticsearch and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based search models.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Agentic AI solutions for automated code reviews.
