Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Architecture Consultant 2 to join the DX unit in the United States. You will participate in customer discussions to refine system requirements for performance, security, and scalability and provide architectural guidance across multiple technologies.

You will identify optimal architectural options, contribute to framework development, and ensure smooth deployment with adequate knowledge transfer and quality adherence. Relocation/travel may be required.

• Proven ability to design and validate architectural solutions across multiple technologies.
• Experience with integration strategies and proof-of-concept validation.
• Strong documentation of architectural frameworks and deployment/transition plans.

• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment and support phases
• Analyze system performance and identify potential risks in the landscape
• Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions for knowledge sharing

In the assigned Job Role of Architecture Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Provide suggestions on solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, support enterprise architecture definition, and drive design creation
• Identify suitable technologies and tools available in the market, and perform a comparative analysis in line with client's business requirement, thereby identifying optimal architectural solution options
• Participate in developing integration strategies based on validation of proof of concept of proposed architectural solutions
• Facilitate a smooth transition by ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to quality standards, while contributing to the build and deployment automation strategy
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues using solution deployment and roll out methods, during build, deployment and support phases
• Analyze system performance basis architectural solutions implemented and support in identifying potential risks in the system landscape
• Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository

Required Skill And Experience

Experience in Java and AEM

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Strong Java programming foundation
• Extensive hands on workflows, Sling servlet, REST, JSON, lucene indexing is must.
• Exposure to Coral / Granite UI, Adobe UI customization is a must
• Must have worked on AEM 6.5 or newer versions.
• Working Experience with Sightly / Sling models .
• Strong understanding of core AEM components such as oak , sling and dispatcher
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution and building tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium or Maven
• Work with project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and high quality
• Work collaboratively with other teams; QA, UX, DevOps etc
• Exceptionally good at document and explaining core technical processes. Other CMS experiences is a nice to have

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
